After some planning, sketching, coding, validating, more coding and settling in with the result, I am proud to announce that my first ever web template named BuildingBlox is now available for download. BuildingBlox is a centered hybrid layout with one or two coloumns, based on the idea that people should be able to play around with the templates they download. Features include:

• Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict!
• CSS-based design
• Fully scalable without breaking layout
• Lightweight (only 13KB)
• Modern, clean, wordpress-ish design
